Large Format Console Warranty Support
We provide all large format console (Duality, AWS, XL-Desk, Matrix, C10, C100, C200, C300 and System T) Factory Warranty support via our regional SSL offices and our distribution partners. If you are based in Europe (with the exception of France where we have a dedicated office), we deliver support from our international headquarters in Oxford, England. If you are in the USA, Latin America or Canada, please contact our New York or Los Angeles office for support.

All SSL products are subject to specific Terms & Conditions and covered by an initial statutory warranty as described HERE.
Supplementary Support Packages
All new SSL large format consoles (AWS, Duality, Live, C10, C100, C200 and C300) come complete with the SSL Factory Warranty; a comprehensive level of support, provided free of charge for thirteen months commencing on the day of shipment. Most large format consoles are also provided with a complimentary SSL Standard Support package for the supported life of the product. For clients wishing to continue to receive the benefits of the Factory Warranty, we offer a range of supplementary support packages structured to provide extended technical cover, peace of mind and the ability to budget maintenance costs for every item of SSL equipment.
Factory Repair Service
SSL offers a repair service for the majority of assemblies, charged on a time and materials basis. We aim to complete all factory repairs within 30 days of receipt. Factory repairs carry a 90 day limited warranty, commencing on shipment from SSL.
Having spares on-site is the quickest way to diagnose and resolve unforeseen hardware issues. We offer a comprehensive list of spare parts for most products many of which are available in our online store HERE. In addition to purchasing individual assemblies, we also offer a range spares packages which receive a discount over purchasing individually. Advanced Exchange Hardware
With this service, in the event of a hardware failure a replacement assembly will be shipped directly to you; once replaced, you then return the faulty part to SSL. Subject to operating hours of local couriers, SSL will dispatch replacement assemblies on the same day. For clients not covered by the SSL Factory Warranty, a Parts Only Warranty, or Parts & Labour Warranty, exchange hardware can be purchased at an additional cost.
Our Operational Trainers will provide you with the skills and confidence to tackle the most demanding event. Training can be tailored to suit all requirements, experience, group size and location.
Maintenance Visits and Health Checks
Our Support Engineers are available to travel to your facility to perform Periodic Maintenance, Emergency Repair, Refurbishment, Health Checks, Upgrades and Technical Training.
