Just as the console itself is scaled to match your precise requirements, the IO options for your C100 can be customised to give you exactly the audio connectivity that you need, with local IO provided by BRIO racks, while MORSE stageboxes supply feeds from the studio floor.
Both the BRIO rack and MORSE stagebox connect using MADI over fibre-optic cable, protecting the audio from interference and degradation so that it reaches the console in pristine condition, even in the harshest environments. Control data embedded in the fibre-optic cabling enables remote control of IO parameters (such as analogue pre-amps) from the console, as well as SNMP diagnostics.
With the addition of a MORSE router, signals from your stagebox can be effortlessly shared throughout the broadcast facility. In addition, other MADI IO units can be connected directly to the console’s Blackrock processor core.
BRIO – Customised pristine audio delivery
The BRIO rack has capacity for 5 audio cards, mixed and matched to provide the number of Mic, Line and AES/EBU inputs and outputs you require, providing up to 256 channels of local IO, all via a tidy 7U chassis racked with your Blackrock.
